Cancellation Policy
24 hr notice is required.  Any cancellation made after the 24 hour notice is not refundable.

Holiday Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due and non-refundable for holidays if not given 2 week notice.

Check/Cash.  

Payment Procedure
Payments need to be made in full at time of booking for new clients or on the first day of service begins  for established clients.

Returning Home Policy
Call us and let us know you have made it home.  If you don't, we will assume that we are still on the job and will continue to make visits until we hear from you.  We have this policy so if for some reason something unexpected happens and you can't call us, your pet will be taken care of.

Visiting Hours
Our normal visiting hours are 6:00am - 10:00 pm.  Pets needing to be visited between 10:01pm and 5:59am will be charged an additional $10 fee (except Over nights)

Key Procedures
We must have two working keys.  If you give us keys to keep at the initial consultation, you will not have to pay for pick up/drop off of keys in the future.  A $15 fee will be charged for every time we have to pick up/drop off your keys if you don't have us keep them.
